01/ 05Lay the track

Lay the bottom track, using steel pins set into the concrete floor tack-welded to the gate track brackets, keeping it level along its full length

02/ 05Lift the leaf

Fit the stainless steel wheels to the bottom of the gate at both points, then lift the gate onto the bottom track so the wheels sit properly

Place the guide post and anti-tip post in their actual positions, drill into the concrete floor and pillar, fix the plates with lead anchors, and fit the guide wheel setFix with lead anchors and close the plate cover

Tighten the bolts and fit the covers with epoxy adhesive onto the 5-meter gate frame, a total of 39 barsFixed with taper bolts

Slide it open and closed to check smoothness and alignment, tighten every bolt firmly, and install stoppers at both ends of the track for safety
